For 30 days, we gently reset.
We bring awareness to: what you’re consuming, what your body is trying to tell you, and where you may be holding onto what no longer supports you. You’ll be guided to: nourish your body with intention, create space for your system to regulate, and clear what has been building, not just physically, but energetically.
This is not about restriction. It’s about reconnection.
